The space Apartment is the top floor of our three-floor walkup - no elevator. It takes almost 60 steps to reach. Stairs are mostly interior, carpeted - and in their original curve. The apartment has three bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, and two full bathrooms (one is connected to the middle bedroom). The bedrooms are small as they are in their original layout from 1886, so the beds are against a wall. The apartment also has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Laundry is available in the basement of the building. There are two washers, two dryers and hanging racks for air drying. We are thoughtful to do our laundry when guests are not booked. Outdoor patio is shared with us and our family. Guest access OUTDOOR SPACE Guests have full access to our front garden. This is only shared with us and our family. PARKING No private parking. Parking options are: on the street or in a garage connected to the Target off Webster Avenue. Street parking is (surprisingly) abundant on our well-hidden street, as we are a one-way off of a one-way. A permit is required after 6pm, which we provide daily passes. Other things to note Hopefully, you will meet Elly, our 15 lb. Westie. When excited she will bark (such a terrier). She only knows love and affection and is 100% great with all kids and adults.
