You can explore the Dordogne and discover its treasures as well as those of the neighboring departments (Saint-Emilion, Rocamadour...) and enjoy your evenings in peace. The space Located in the center of Périgord, 5 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes from Périgueux, 20 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from Bergerac and Saint Emilion, 1 hour from Sarlat and Les Eyzies, this cottage is in the heart of a 170 ha estate, quiet without any nuisance. Composed of a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, rotating heat oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue. It has 4 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, 2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs. We provide you with duvets, sheets, towels, tea towels, as well as a starter kit of essential products (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid...) to help you settle in. The beds are made on arrival. Possibility of a cleaning fee of €50 for guests who wish to do so. Guest access You have free access to the landscaped park of the estate, as well as the 6 x 14 m swimming pool (100 m from the vacation rental, to be shared with the guest rooms of the castle), tennis, ping-pong, etc. Free parking is available.
