This magnificent farmhouse enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment in the heart of a farm. The 9x4 m pool heated from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions), its 2x3 m beach and its fully equipped pool house will satisfy your desires for relaxation. The space Upon arrival, you will feel this sweetness of life, in the image of our beautiful region, and all its authenticity. It retains the soul of a warm family home. This large building built in 1770 is divided into 2 adjoining dwellings. The owner's very discreet parents occupy a wing. On the ground floor, you will find a large equipped kitchen, a large living room and a bedroom with shower room as well as a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms and a large shower room and 1 separate toilet. Finally on the 3rd floor, 2 very large bedrooms and a shower room. Perched on a hill, it offers exceptional views of the Tarn Valley with the appearance of Occitan Tuscany that you will never tire of. An artificial lake, a waterfall, a private forest where you can stroll will fulfill your desires for escape in the middle of nature for a total reconnection. Guest access You can park next to the house. A shelter for 3 vehicles is at your disposal. To access it, when you arrive at the estate, you need to go around the back of the house and park either in the carport or in front of the part of the house you are occupying. Other things to note The pool is heated from May to the end of September depending on the weather conditions. The water temperature during this period is around 27/29 degrees in the middle of summer. Please note that some nights can be very cool, so the water temperature, despite the heating system, will not exceed 24/25 degrees. We provide you with a welcome kit including: dishwasher and washing machine tablets, dishwashing liquid in dispensers, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. You will be asked to remove the linens from the used beds and place them in the bathroom on the ground floor with the bath linens. Garbage cans must be taken out and placed in the containers provided for this purpose. Charging electric cars on the house's power supply is not allowed.
