This waterfront home on 120 feet of private Great Sacandaga Lake beach frontage is the perfect place for your vacation. Across the street of this stunning property, you will find your own private beach area with a fire pit, boat dock, kayaks, paddle boards and outdoor lawn furniture. End your nights relaxing by the fire or start your day enjoying swimming, fishing, and kayaking. **Dock, kayaks and paddleboard use are available (weather permitting) Mid May until after Mid September weekend. The space The Lake front area across the street is very accessible and flat, which is hard to come by on The Great Sacandaga Lake. The property comes with a 80' docks that can be used by guest during their stay. Please inquire about boat sizes so we can ensure to accommodate your watercraft appropriately. The waterfront is sandy and has gradual grade into the water so it perfect for families with small children to enjoy. This cozy 7 bedroom, 4 bath property is located on The Great Sacandaga Lake. Perfect for large family retreats, this multi-family property easily sleeps 14 comfortably. The property is divided into 2 individual houses that are connected by a joining exterior porch. The first unit is a large 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom home we call the SOUTH SHORE HAVEN. (Sleeps 8 guest) Walk through the front door into a spacious enclosed porch with double doors that lead into the living room, where you will find a wood burning stove and a queen size pullout couch. As you work your way through the first level, you will find a dining room table, kitchen, and room off the kitchen with bunkbeds. There is also another room with a full-size bed and twin chair pullout bed on the bottom level. Walk up the stairs into an open loft that have two more twin size pullout chairs. Also, upstairs you will also find a large bedroom with a king size bed and a beautifully renovated bathroom. There is also an open side patio where you can enjoy dinner and the most spectacular view of the lake. The second unit is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-full bath home we call the SOUTH SHORE HIDEAWAY. (Sleeps 8 guest) As you approach the front door, there is an open patio where you enjoy the outdoors with your private BBQ Grill. Next you walk through the front door into a spacious enclosed porch. Turning left upon your entrance to the enclosed porch will lead you to the back of the house where you will find a master suit with a king size bed and private full bathroom. In the back of the house, you will also find another bedroom that has a full-size bed. Upon your entry to the enclosed porch walk right and you will be taken into the main living of the house where you will find a large dining room and kitchen along with a living room that looks out upon the lake. Behind the kitchen you will have one bedroom with a set of bunkbeds and another room with a queen size bed. There is also another full-size bathroom located directly between the 2 bedrooms. Walk through the living room to another enclosed porch and open patio on the font of the hours that overlooks the lake where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets upon the Adirondack Mountains. Guest access To access the living areas, you will need to be able to climb 1 flight of stairs. There is no access to the garage and parking at the property is limited to 8 spaces in the driveway. Caution!!! The driveway is short and steep!!!! While we have snow removal services with sand and salt in the winter months it can be hard to navigate the driveway without 4 wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. Please plan accordingly when traveling during the winter months, in the event your group requires more than 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Other things to note Extra Costs: There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night after 14 guest. This Property is pet friendly, and requires a pet fee $50 per stay to cover your four-legged guests.
