Charming Cornish cottage with private hot tub

One of our most popular three bedroom cottages at Tresooth, Pendeen is situated in the main courtyard and has an ideal floor plan for families and groups of friends alike as it's all on the ground floor. With bedrooms sleeping up to six on either side of the open plan living/kitchen area. Pendeen has been remodelled to an excellent standard. With coastal paint colours, oak style flooring and a cozy woodburning stove, the open plan living/dining will be both relaxing and functional. The space Tresooth Cottages is a select development of 16 individual holiday cottages, set around a central Cornish stone courtyard, converted from an original dairy farm. With an outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, games room, high speed WIFI and a childrens' play area, the facilities are a step above many of the other holiday cottages in the area. Pendeen has been completely remodeled to an excellent standard, and we have brought thoughtful, modern design choices that complement this traditional Cornish stone building. With coastal paint colours, oak style flooring and a cozy wood stove, the open plan living/dining is both relaxing and functional. The kitchen is designed to be an inviting space and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The three bedrooms each have private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have superking beds, which can also be reconfigured to twins. One room has a double bed with ensuite. One of the ensuite bathrooms has a bathtub. Pendeen's enclosed patio (with private hot tub) is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening as the sun sets over the courtyard. High speed wifi is available in Pendeen, as well as in the courtyard and swimming pool areas. Parking is shared with the other cottages and located to the front of the complex. Guest access We offer contact-free guest access at Tresooth Cottages. Each cottage has a keybox located by the front door. Detailed check in instructions will be sent to guests the day before arrival date. Other things to note We can accommodate larger family get togethers with our 16 cottages all on one site. We can accommodate either a travel cot or child's z-bed in this property We can accommodate longer stays if you are working in the area. This property is all on one floor with flat level access from the car park. We've had a guest access this property with a mobility scooter without issue as there are large double doors to gain entry.
