A wonderful location from which to enjoy all that Pure Michigan has to offer. 30 mins to Petoskey/ 45 mins to Traverse City, 1 hr to Mackinaw. Casino/ Wineries/Breweries are a short drive away. Portable A/C units both upstairs and down. 2 ceiling fans. 2 Tvs, one downstairs and one in the loft area. Bath towels, TP and Paper Towels are located in the closet off the dining area. Laundry detergent is located in the foyer closet. Smoking is OUTSIDE only. Please exercise caution with smoking material, as we are in the woods. Please extinguish all flames in the firepit prior to departure. There is a $10 charge per person/per visit for use of our community pool/hot tub for our guests, payable at the Clubhouse, should you choose to use it. The clubhouse will have your name so they are aware that you are a Guest. Weekly discount is available. There is a parking pass required at the Lakes for $4 per car, also available at the Clubhouse. There are kayaks available at the lakes for a very nominal cost. The Golf Course and restaurant at the south end is open to the public. There is coded access to the garage door upon arrival. You will be provided this code prior to your arrival.
