Enjoy fresh coffee from the fully-stocked coffee bar including a Keurig K-Duo coffee machine, K-Cups, coffee beans, frother and select sweeteners. Indoor cozy ambiance is set by electric candles and throw blankets available throughout the cottage. Smart TV with apps available should you wish to log into your streaming accounts. Outdoor firepit features a SoloStove Bonfire and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the night sky filled with stars. The yard is spacious for games and activities. Propane is provided for the Weber grill. Hiking trails are abundant nearby. We provide a list of our top 4 trails in our house manual. Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles The property is fully licensed for overnight rentals through Marquette County and the state of Wisconsin. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home. Upon arrival, entry will be via the front door smart keypad using a 4-digit code provided 2 days before arrival Other things to note Montello is the nearest town with shops for any essentials needed during your stay like restaurants, groceries, gas, and outdoor items. We recommend doing the bulk of your grocery shopping on your way to the cottage. The Festival Foods or Walmart in Portage will have the largest selection in the area. The Lake The lake water is clear and full of healthy fish. However, a green weed growth occurs in the summer months that limits water recreational activities. We don't advertise swimming off of our dock but there is a popular beach on the east side of the lake for swimming. County Road K The cottage sits just off of County Road K, and some cars drive quickly down the road
