This second-floor gem is centrally located near Fairmount Park and is in close proximity to City Avenue (2 blocks); Center City/Art Museum (7 min.); Manayunk (5 min.); the King of Prussia shopping district (30 min.) & other local attractions. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. The cozy 2-bedroom apt. is fully furnished and features all of the amenities you will need for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and wifi. This unit is located on the SECOND FLOOR AND IS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. You must climb stairs to gain access to the unit. Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. Contact information will be provided for the host and others with access to the unit (i.e. relatives in close proximity and neighbors) to each guest before check in. Guests will also be provided with two sets of keys -- one set should remain in the lock box and the other will be inside of the unit. Wynnefield Heights/Balwynne Park is a quiet, middle class, multi-ethnic community. The neighborhood is bounded by City Avenue to the north, Belmont Avenue to the west, Fairmount Park to the south and east, and the Schuylkill Expressway to the east. The apartment is near many educational entities, medical facilities, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions/areas and entertainment venues. Although the majority of guest utilize Lyft or Uber, the unit is located in close proximity to various forms of public transportation. The main bus routes are the Route 38 and Route 40 with stops that are about a 2-3-minute walk from the unit. They both travel into various parts of Center City Philadelphia. Additional bus routes including the 44, 1 and 65 are located on City Avenue and will take you into Center City, Main Street and local suburbs. There are no parties allowed in the unit. Guests will be required to leave if there are large parties or nuisance issues for our neighbors with no refund for additional days. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen we also provide towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning products, a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels, board games and free off street parking and one private parking spaced behind the unit. Toilet paper, paper towels and soap are not restocked. A $150 fee will be imposed if check out occurs 30 minutes after check out time (after 11:30 am)
