It also has a lazy river for the children to have fun. Condo is located near everything. Two min walk from Kelly’s Irish pub bar and Grill if you want to take a load off. Beach access is a few minutes away as well. Close to Clayton’s Bar and grill .. Reserved Tandem Parking Pet Friendly Don’t for get to take a walk with your lovely pet at the park located in front of the condo. IMPORTANT Renters are responsible for washing their dishes and throwing out ALL trash before check out. If not a $50 dollar charge will be added to your bill. Trash bin is located on the west side of building. IMPORTANT - During month of March, 4th of July weekend , Easter week and Holy week, you will need to purchase wrist bands that cost $25 each ..which is not included in your stay... This is for safety of the guests at parklane. You will PAY for the wrist bands at the Condo office located on the first floor.. Any other date you will not need to pay for the wrist band and still need to get them at the office located on the first floor.
