Guest apartment upstairs with private entrance via external stairs, 45 sqm roof terrace accessible from the kitchen with sun loungers, lounge area, dining area with parasol, large hallway, open kitchen with counter and dining area, Senseo coffee pod machine, milk frother or coffee maker of your choice, large fridge/freezer, 4 zone cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric grill for the terrace and much more, large walk-in shower with seating. The high terrace of the 45-sqm high terrace is used exclusively by this guest apartment and can only be accessed via the kitchen exit of the guest apartment. Including the high terrace, the apartment has a size of 95m². Wi-Fi free. In the bedroom with TV a double bed 160x200, in the living room a couch 80x200 converted into 2 separate single beds (slatted frame!). There is also a high-quality, height-adjustable cot (Maxi-Cosi Iora) and a high chair. On request we can put in an extra bed for 25€ the night.
