The space This brand new 2 bedroom villa while being open planned and spacious could be described as a tinny home ,the well equiped kitchen with a inside outside serving window to the cafe style breakfast that transformed to the cocktail bar at sunset .The spacious covered verandah with a family Webber BBQ and outside dinning table (made from left over roof rafters)overlooks the ocean and tropical garden . The sunny end of the verandah is perfect for swinging in the breeze. A Queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom with large ceiling fan a mirrored wardrobe reflecting the tropical garden and private courtyard with putting green with a fold up bamboo table and chairs setting for private interludes .a big smart TV and split system air conditioner will keep you comfortable . The private courtyard area has a folding bamboo table and chairs set on the wall of the house along with 2 golf putters that can be used on the mini golf putting area in the fenced dog proof courtyard . The airconditioner Loft area has a King size memory foam mattress on a risen platform with beach views of north boomerang beach from your pillow . Xtra large floor cushions a bamboo lounging area yoga mats and basic gym equipment add the the ambiance of the loft chill area. Guests need to be older 21 years to book Villa-prana . Parties after 9pm are not permitted and noise must be kept to a minimum. Guests may have friends visit the property but the limit is 4 people to stay overnight and 5 people with an extra $50 fee per night for the extra guest . Guests can help themselves to small herb and spinach garden that runs along the driveway (they will be thankful if u can water them) love to be added to any culinary delight . The caretaker Gardner may be in the basement or in the caretakers caravan down the back of the property or poking around the garden . Guest access Parking is either onsite on the lower side of the villa or on the street out the front . The driveway has a gravel section at entrance and ample gravel parking at the bottom of the villa Other things to note I’m more than happy with how the project has evolved so far and there has been a lot of kind hardworking and creative people to thank .
