Newly renovated 3+1-bedroom cottage (including bunkie) w/ hot tub, full kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 BDR (3 queens, 1 bunkbed single over double) & laundry is a 5 min walk from Balm Beach, LCBO, restaurants, Kayak/Boat rentals, and Go-Karts and Mini Putting. It's a 5-10 min drive to Balm Beach Golf Club and Brooklea Golf & Country Club, a 10-15 min drive to Midland, and less than 30 mins to ski hills like Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort! STR License #: STRTT-2026-077 The space Newly renovated 3+1-bedroom cottage with full kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 BDR (1 Queen over Queen Bunkbed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1Single over Double Bunkbed) and Game Room(Foosball Table, Arcade with over 8,000 games, retro game systems) & laundry, our cottage is beautifully situated within walking distance to Balm Beach, restaurants, LCBO, GoKarts, mini golf, Tennis Courts, parks, and more! We’re only a short drive to golf courses, ski resorts, and bigger towns like Midland and Wasaga. Guest access Guests get access to the entire property including the spacious backyard. Inside, there are three bedrooms, a dining room, workstation, living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and plenty of room for 6 or more people to stay! There is a game room with foosball, arcade system, and retro games. We think our house/cottage is best suited for the following combination of guests (or fewer): 1. One to Two Families 2. Three to Four couples 3. 6+ friends as long as nobody minds sharing a queen or double bed with someone else :-) Other things to note Comprehensive House Rules: 1. Guests have full access to the main level of the house, including the three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2. You will find the electric panel in the box next to the main door (entering into the kitchen). Please only open in the unlikely case of a power outage. 3. No parties or events allowed. 4. There is no smoking on the premises. 5. No pets allowed unless pre-approved by hosts. If you have a cat, dog, or service animal with you, they must be under 50lbs (some exceptions will be made for service animals) and all feces must be picked up and thrown out with the garbage. Failure to pick up after your pet or service animal will result in a deduction from your security deposit. 6. The backyard is partially fenced, but a pet or service animal could easily escape out the front of the house. You are responsible for your pet or service animal and any complaint regarding their behaviour, including but not limited to excessive barking, running loose in the streets or other properties, or aggressive behaviour, will result in a deduction from your security deposit. 7. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. 8. No unregistered guests allowed. 9. Guests are not permitted access to the two storage sheds located in the back yard. 10. Guests are not permitted access to the basement crawl space (access via separate entrance outside). 11. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 12. Please do not flush anything in the toilet other than toilet paper. This includes so-called “flushable wipes”; they are NOT flushable. 13. Please respect the noise by-law (Township of Tiny by-law 21-028). 14. Please keep the thermostat set between 20 and 22 Degrees Celsius. 15. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 16. Please remember to lock the doors and windows each time you leave the cottage. 17. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be billed for damages that exceed the security deposit. 18. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 19. Please make use of the dishwasher for your dirty dishes (dishwasher tabs and rinse aid are provided in the cabinet under the sink) and put away clean dishes in their original spot. 20. Garbage, Recycling, and Food Waste: a. Please follow the garbage and recycling sorting guides (posted on the wall in the kitchen). b. Black garbage bags, clear or blue recycling bags, and organic waste bags are provided in the cabinet under the sink. c. Any garbage is to be thrown out in the garbage can provided within the cottage. If the garbage is full, please tie the bag and discard it in the big black garbage bin located on the driveway (marked for ease of identification). Tie the bags before placing in the bins at the end of the driveway. d. Any recycling can be discarded in the blue box provided in the cottage. If the recycling is full, please discard it in the big blue bin located on the driveway (marked for ease of identification). Please rinse your recyclables before placing in the bin outside. This will help keep critters away. e. Any Greenbin items can be discarded in the compost bin located underneath the sink. If the compost bin is full, please tie the bag and discard it in the compost bin located on the driveway (marked for ease of identification). f. At the end of your stay, please ensure all garbage, recycling, and compost items have been discarded into the appropriate bins on the driveway. g. If your stay includes a Sunday (including checkout day), you are responsible for putting the appropriate bins at the end of the driveway for Monday morning garbage/recycling/compost pick up. The service in Tiny operates on an alternate week schedule for garbage/recycling and a weekly scheduled for compost (ie. garbage and compost one week, recycling and compost the following week). The schedule is located in the cottage posted on the wall in the kitchen. 21. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 22. If you use the firepit out back, please always put the fire out using a bucket of water. A bucket is provided near the pit for your convenience. The hose is attached at the back of the house. 23. Treat the cottage and furniture as if it were your own. Any damage to furniture or the premises will result in a deduction from your security deposit. 24. Have fun! Registration Details STRTT-2026-077
