Formally, "The Royal Oak Pub", Sandlands Court is a newly renovated development standing proud in East Wittering village centre. "Pebblestone" is a ground-floor apartment with its own access and lawned front area. It's well equipped and gives a warm sense of both village and coastal location. Shops and restaurants start from a 2 min walk, so no need to take the car out. This is an ideal base for a holiday retreat, ideal for couples, spending time with the family or working from home. The space "Pebblestone" is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment and has open-plan living accommodation, which is bright, airy and fully modernised. A fully stocked kitchen, equipped with pretty much everything you need, including Neff oven and Induction Hob with extractor fan, tall fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle and toaster. Included are oven gloves, tea towels, washing machine/dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soap etc. The kitchen leads off to the dining area with dining table seating 4 people including 2 chairs and one bench. The lounge has a Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, two comfy leather sofas to make your stay home from home. There is also a bookcase with books to suit all ages, also a variety of children/adult board games/cards. Two good sized bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen is supplied and beds are made upon your arrival. Both bedrooms have King size beds, with Indulgence mattress and Milly support Gel pillows. There is a wardrobe cupboard in Bedroom 1 with clothes rail and supply of hangers. Within the bedroom is a full size ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower tray, rain shower head, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 - King size bed with zipped Indulgence mattress, that can be separated into twin beds. (Please let me know as soon as possible, if you require these to be separated). An area to hang clothes and supply of hangers. There is also a dressing table/desk and chair and chest of drawers. All Linen supplied including fluffy Egyptian bath sheets and hand towels but beach towels are not included. A good size family bathroom is accessed along the hallway and consists of bath/rain shower, wash basin, WC and also has underfloor heating and heated towel rail. All rooms have easy remote controlled electric panel heaters for instant warmth in the cooler months. "Pebblestone", has an allocated off-road parking space for one car. There is an Electric charging point available. Guest access Pebblestone is accessed by its own entrance at the front of the property. Other things to note My Information book inside the property includes a variety of local restaurants, take-away menus, local seasonal information, maps etc. Information and details are sent via the platform usually 1 week before check-in.
