Experience old Florida at its finest! Our backyard features a beautiful flowing spring water canal. You can fish from the dock or hop in the 4 provided kayaks and enjoy the beauty of the river. We’re just a short distance from Rogers Park, Pine Island, The Gulf, and Hospital Hole. Our charming home is the perfect, "home away from home!" and is ideal for a quick getaway, yet spacious enough for a longer stay. Come stay a while in Weeki Wachee! The space The house includes a kitchen and living room open concept with bedrooms on both ends of the home and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom and the living room feature a smart tv with a Roku. WiFi is connected in the home. The yard is fenced. We have a screened in gazebo right on the dock, 4 single kayaks, a gas grill, and fire pit (wood not included) for you to use during your stay! Guest access The whole house Other things to note Well behaved pets are allowed with the addition of a pet fee. Please include pets in your guest count. A $250 fee will be added for any unapproved pets. THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE - you forfeit your deposit by doing so! There is a mailbox on site as this is the owners main home. We ask if you need to get mail during your stay that you rent a PO Box from USPS versus having mail delivered to the home. Overnight packages are the exception. Please note, we provide a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other basic supplies for your convenience at the start of your stay.
