Private lakefront home, 4 bdrm/3bath, private dock & BOAT (2-7 day rentals available), gentle sloping lot, High Speed Internet, lakeside firepit, lily pad, two kayaks, water toys galore & our CRAPPIE BED ROCKS!! Cottage on the Pointe will fulfill your every dream! The space Every square inch remodeled in 2018 in a beautiful nautical theme. Upper level -Main living room with plenty of seating for large group, very large screen TV -Small but satisfactory kitchen with dining table for up to 8 -Two bdrms, both with queen beds & walk-in closet) -Full bath with double vanity a huge deck with an outdoor dining table, lounge area and BBQ grill. -Large pantry Lower level -2nd living room with desk & twin daybed with a second twin below -Lakefront master suite with full bath and stunning view of the lake -4th bdrm with twin bunk bed & a full bed -Full hall bath with shower & double vanity -Large utility/laundry room. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay! For repeat guests — and others with ample boating experience — we may offer the optional rental of our beautiful 28’ Avalon Tritoon, located on the lift at our private dock. Boat Rental Pricing: 1 day – $575 2 days – $1,100 3 days – $1,500 4 days – $1,900 5 days – $2,250 6 days – $2,600 7 days – $2,850 A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required. Boat rental is handled separately via a direct agreement between the guest and the owner. Availability is not guaranteed and a contract will only be issued if the boat is available. Please note: Per the contract, the owner reserves the right to cancel the boat rental at any time — including after a signed agreement — in the event the boat sustains damage or requires repairs. While every effort will be made to ensure the boat is in good working order for reserved dates, mechanical issues do occasionally arise, and repair timelines are outside our control. House rental pricing includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 12): +$30 per person, per night. Please note: No Saturday check-outs are allowed Other things to note Minimum 6 nights required for house rental during high season, May 15 thru Sept 16. Absolutely no Saturday check-ins allowed. No Street Parking - our driveway allows for four cars easily, but this is the maximum. Big Island Dr has very low shoulder on both sides so street parking is not allowed near our home. Both boat slips have lifts are occupied by lifts with boats. If you have your own boat, you will need to either take it in and out each day. We do have a neighbor with an extra slip you might be able to use.
