Brick-paved patio with seating and dining areas. Natural gas grill. Please note: Pool heating is available for an additional $45 per day. Pool heating is weather-dependent; during colder temperatures (below approximately 70°F), the heater can be activated, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90s. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Outdoor surveillance security cameras are on the property. *Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We reserve the right to be on the property for necessary maintenance/repairs. Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days. Friday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP. Tuesday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your convenience.
