Living room is slightly smaller. Only 2 guests can access amenities (non-transferable); minors not counted. Located in Icon Brickell, shared with the W Hotel, enjoy resort-style amenities like a large pool and dining. *The balcony will be closed during your stay due to HOA façade work* The space Temporary Closure & Noise Notice Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is managed by the HOA and may change at any time. We have no control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and unaffected seven days a week. THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. CHECK-IN PROCESS & ID REQUIREMENT This is a self check-in through the building’s front desk. The main guest must submit a valid photo ID by 9:00 PM on the check-in day by sharing it through this chat so we can send the registration email to the front desk. Without this, the building will not allow check-in. All guests must be properly registered before arrival. • Every guest arriving with the main guest or arriving later must provide their ID and sign the building’s rules and regulations • Minimum check-in age is 18 • Minors must be accompanied by an adult WELCOME ESSENTIALS PACKAGE To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a Welcome Essentials package that includes: • Personal check-in experience • 3 dishwasher pods • 3 laundry pods • Two small packs of coffee • Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap) • Enhanced internet service for a smoother online experience This package is available for $19 per stay (one-time) and will be prepared in your unit before arrival for your convenience. If you prefer to bring your own essentials and opt out of the package, please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can adjust accordingly. The main guest must submit a valid photo ID latest by 9PM on the check-in day by sharing it through this chat so we can send the registration email to the front desk. Without this, the building will not allow check-in. All guests must be properly registered before arrival. CHECK-OUT Check-out is before 10 AM. A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM. FOBS The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost or unreturned fobs will be charged at $120 each if they are not returned by 3:00 PM on the same day of check-out. AMENITY ACCESS After registering with the front desk, guests can visit the pool desk between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access. PARKING The building offers valet parking only, with no in-and-out privileges. Rates are managed by a third-party company and may change at any time. Frequent use may lead to higher daily totals. As an alternative, we offer a nearby self-parking garage for $35 plus tax per day with in-and-out access. The garage is two blocks away and available on a first-come, first-served basis. BATHROOM POLICY The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes, excessive toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products, or any trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs caused by misuse. HOUSE RULES • No smoking • No parties • No pets Violations will result in a $500 fee per incident. Other things to note Packaging Policy: You can shop online and order packages under your name, then pick them up from the package room. Please do not use this address for official purposes or important documents such as bank statements, card replacements, or identification documents, as there is no access to the mailbox.
