Other things to note No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs. We provide dishes, utensils, pots, pans - we don't provide food/drinks No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room as well as extra fans in the bedrooms. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's. Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door. We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions. The All Seasons Center is a community amenity. Unfortunately, there are times were other guests or residents actions cause the center to be closed for cleaning and/or maintenance which is out of our control. Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
