Bryn Gwyn is located in the beautiful village of Borth y Gest, Wales. The Edwardian semi-detached house benefits from amazing sea & Snowdonia Mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Bryn Gwyn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot) Spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs. The kitchen fully equipped with a double oven, 5 ring gas hob, full height fridge freezer and an additional undercounter fridge to provide plentiful storage space for your fresh food and chilled drinks. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs. Outside, the balcony and front garden provide a glorious coastal vista across Tremadog Bay to the Snowdonia mountains beyond. All the rooms to the front of the house also benefit from these unobstructed sea and mountain views. Bistro chairs are provided on the balcony. Access to the front garden is via the kitchen French windows or front door. A picnic bench with seating for 8 people is located in the front garden to enjoy the magnificent views. A back courtyard area is also available to hang washing, store bikes and wash muddy boots etc. Access statement; The cottage may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility. Access to Bryn Gwyn is via an unadopted level track, which leads from the main road (Borth Road). The track is approximately 20 metres in length which leads to the base of the property boundary. Access to the front doors is then via a steeply sloping path which also comprises a number of steps. There are approximately 20 steps to ascend to Bryn Gwyn (the views are more than worth the short climb!!). Vehicular access is allowed along the unadopted track for dropping off and pick-up only - parking is not permitted. Cars must return to the main road, Borth Road, which is approximately 20 metres from the property boundary. Unrestricted parking is available on Borth Road. There is also a small village car park (fee payable) about 100 metres further along Borth Road. All areas are accessed by guests Other things to note Heating (gas central heating), electricity, gas, linen, towels, wi-fi access and a welcome tray are all included. Please note that Bryn Gwyn cannot to be used for parties. Borth y Gest is a quiet, family-orientated holiday village. Bryn Gwyn is a semi-detached property in a village setting with neighbours on either side. In no circumstances can Bryn Gwyn be used to host loud music, discos, karaoke, etc. All our guests must be considerate to our neighbours in terms of their privacy and enjoyment of the peaceful nature of the locality. The front door of Bryn Gwyn is accessed by a steep path comprising about 20 steps. (The view is worth the climb!!)
