You are overlooking the mouth of the Umpqua River with a small view of the ocean. The sand dune riding area is just a few minutes away. You are also centrally located to 4 other dune systems within 30 miles. The space Gorgeous Bay Views of Salmon Harbor, Winchester Bay. Book a fishing trip in town, Salmon, Tuna, Halibut, bottom fish or ride your sand toys. The Beach is just down the road to the South Jetty. Build sand castles, relax and have fun. The Umpqua Light House is just down the road also. Be sure to check it out. Guest access The upstairs area host the Kitchen and Living space with the stunning views of the Harbor. The center of the house has the Bedrooms and washer & dryer. The bottom floor has the garage that remains locked to tenants. Other things to note This house is a 3 story and does have several steps. The view is worth it. The outside deck on the top floor is awesome, Please use at your own risk, and watch your children at all times.
