The space You will have your own private entrance with a controlled entry gate. Your outdoor space which has a living space and a dining space is private and has an atmospheric element with twinkling lights at night. You will have your own parking space in the driveway right in front of the studio. This is all one story with no steps. Guest access There is a gate separating the outdoor patio entrance of the airbnb from the street. That gate code will be provided in the check-in instructions. The front door features a smart lock keypad coded to the last four digits of your phone number, allowing you entry within the posted check-in days and times. A single parking space will also be available to you within the driveway directly outside the airbnb. BE SURE to park to the far right of the driveway, so that two more vehicles may still park as well. You will likely need to approach the spot at an angle to achieve this. Other things to note Your studio shares a wall with one of the tenants in the duplex and your outdoor space shares a wall with another outdoor space. Please be respectful of your neighbors. This is a NON smoking studio. We don't allow smoking inside or outside on the patio. Thank you for respecting this policy.
