Welcome to our charming 75 m2 house, fully equipped and furnished. → Quiet and relaxing, just 30 minutes from Paris. → With its terrace and pleasant garden, treat yourself to relaxing moments bathed in sunshine. A flowery and green city, Cormeilles-en-Parisis is a pleasant city to stay in, ideal for relaxing, visiting Paris, Pro/Pers travel We only accept small dogs (Bichon, Yorkshire, Chihuahua...) The space The entire house is at your disposal → Fully equipped and furnished, with a terrace and a small garden. → Main Floor: A spacious entrance with large closet, a living room with double sofa bed and TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (induction cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker...), a laundry room with washing machine and toilet → Upstairs: two large spacious bedrooms with office area, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. → Fully equipped: You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, TV with Netflix (living room) and high-speed Wi-Fi,... - The fenced garden is perfect for relaxing or for children to play safely → The house has electric shutters and an intercom. For your comfort, the bed(s) are prepared according to the number of people indicated in your booking, allowing you to slip under the sheets as soon as you arrive. Guest access The house is completely independent. It is accessed via an automated electric gates by remote control or digicode. → A parking space is available inside the grounds. → free parking available in the street or in the parking lot 50 m for a second car or very large 9-seater minibus vehicles. → Electric charging station located on the street 100m away. Other things to note Available: Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, cotton pad, cleaning products, sponges, dishwashing product, dishwasher tablet, paper towel, laundry, fabric softener, disinfectant... But also, different books (novels, cookbooks, children's books) and toys for children. Possibility of additional services: - Baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, small child's table, safety gates for access to the floor, deckchair, changing mat): €10/day payable on site - Early check-in/late checkout (where possible): €8/hour - Housekeeping during your stay possible on Saturdays/Sundays: 22€/hour - You will be charged an additional fee for any additional purchases via TV Parties (including weddings) are forbidden. We live in the house in front of the property and will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
