Huge open living room and kitchen, 2 full baths, and master suite on top level. Walkout Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, office, full bath, and living room with sleeper sofa. You feel like you’re in the country but you are only 25 minutes from Downtown Louisville, CHURCHILL Downs, and many more attractions. The space We have 3 bedrooms. 1 of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and bunk beds, 1 bedroom has a king size bed and the master suite has a queen size bed. The downstairs living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom in the lowest level of the house can also accommodate air mattress. Lots of other open areas for air mattresses if needed. More than 10 people can stay and sleep here. Beds sleep 10. There are 3 full baths. The master bath has a stand up shower and large jacuzzi tub. Large pool with deck out back along with a great patio for hanging out. More deck on the upper level for watching an amazing sunset. Note: Pool does not open until Memorial Day. Will be closed until then. Guest access We have a long driveway and plenty of room to park in yard for over flow. Other things to note One of our family members is a dog.
