With a capacity for 18 guests. Make it ideal for families, or big groups of friends. Has 5 bathrooms. It offer an open living-dining room area together with a Fully equipped kitchen and surrounded by more than 15 mts of windows to enjoy the great and cozy views. With every room equipped with King Size beds, and one room with 2 Queen Size. The house offer a comfortable temperature and climate all over, as it’s equipped with AC and heating on all spaces. Guest access The Villa deliver a great performance and is a Perfect property to host big groups, family reunions, couples, friends, etc, guaranteeing a great time and fun for all members. The pool area is starring by a 10 x 4 mts salt water pool. Several sun beds, comfy lounge sofa, chairs, tables, and a great barbacue for Wood or Coal. When the sun goes down goes on plenty of Cozy ambient lights, turning a good vibe and mood for those dinners or special nights. Other things to note The villa is located in Platja d Aro, in Treumal neighborhood. Walking distance to main Bulevard or the beach is around 15 to 20 min. Or a short 3 to 5 min drive. On the main Bulevard and Maritim, the city offer all kind of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, aquapark and all kind of options. Making Platja d Aro a selected and charming top destination of the North East Spanish Coast, called Costa Brava. The coast with a unique and charming style, offer and deliver, big long beaches, and a variety of Calas (small beaches between Cliffs and rocks), with their sky blue water, diving paradise, horizontal pine trees growing from the rocks, with an elegant and sporty path as a borderline along the coast, called Camino de Ronda, where you can cross by several Calas and beaches.
