Stay in the heart of the Marigny Triangle! Just 1 block to the French Quarter and 1 block to the Frenchmen St - the center of the New Orleans music scene! The shot gun floor plan features one King bed in the bedroom, one bathroom, one full kitchen, one living room with a couch. Located on the 2nd floor on the back of the house. There is no back yard available. The apartment is spacious enough for two guests and has a secure keyless entrance. Includes amazon firestick as the only TV option, basic WiFi, basic ground coffee machine, washer/dryer. We supply basic housewares, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, soap for your convenience. Please be aware: the house is very old, it has thin walls and floors, and it is right behind the famous musical Frenchmen Street with late night bars - you may hear some live music or noise late at night. Extra guests over 2 pay $50/night extra. Early check in is $30 after 1:30pm, based on availability only. Late checkout till 2pm is $30, based on availability only. We offer guest parking permit to park your car on Chartres street for 24 hours, and we charge for it $20/day. Let us know if you need it at booking time, please.
