The space Located 2 minutes by car from the Medieval City of Carcassonne and Lake Cavayère, surrounded by wooded mountains, our Green Garden House villa awaits you for pure moments of happiness with family or friends. Now labeled Ecogites and Pays Cathare, our self-built house is atypical, modern and ecological, made of wood and straw, producing its own electricity through photovoltaic panels. 158 m² to make you feel comfortable, happy... 3 terraces without overlooking neighbors, overlooking a shaded garden with hammocks and a pond and fountain, barbecue and plancha. Our villa includes a large living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV), a dining area that opens directly onto the large terrace and a beautiful integrated and fully equipped kitchen. Furniture and bedding are new and of high quality. A bedroom with a 160 bed that opens onto a 2nd terrace, a second bedroom with a 160 bed, and the last bedroom with a 140 bed and a private bathroom with shower and sink and which has access to the 3rd terrace. A bathroom with shower and separate sink for the other two bedrooms. A separate toilet. A staircase that leads to the mezzanine with a sleeping area with two 90 beds for two additional people with games (board games, foosball, pool...). Rue de Sabladou turns left and becomes Montée du Sabladou. Turn right onto Rue des Jardins, on your left you will see a petanque court with free public parking.
