Spectacular Apartment 38th St. & 5th Ave

This is a fairly new condo in the gorgeous Residencia Art Project building. It’s just 3 years old. It is on the most beautiful street and best area in PDC! The extraordinary turquoise waters and pristine beach is literally seconds away by walking to the end of the street. 5th Ave is 30 seconds walking. The building features unique art such as a colorful classic car with a built in piano. There are many other surprises so that you will be sure to never forget your stay. The rooftop is incredible The space The property is called the Art Project building so you will see pieces from local artists displayed in the lobby. The rooms are all beautiful wood. One guest described it as staying in the coolest treehouse in the world! Guest access The Residencia building has free underground parking on a first come basis. There’s about 14 spaces and there is usually a space as most guests do not have a car. It’s not recommended to park on the street as the police will boot your car for non payment. The meters are difficult to use and the ap only works for Mexicans. There is a parking lot on 34th & 10th just 2 blocks away that is only 50 cents or 10 pesos per hour. It has 24 hour access snd security. Other things to note Our management is located close by and we can show you the apartment before booking. There’s a discount for booking in person 😉
