Gas grill, Canoe, and pedal boat available for use during warmer weather (must bring own life jackets). Natural gas furnace and electric fireplace to make the cooler nights cozy! I live in apartment above the garage on the same property. I work long hours so I am usually only home to sleep. I will not interfere in the guests stay, however I am available to assist guests as needed. You will have access to the entire cottage. Available any time to answer questions over the phone or in person. Close to nice Dollar General, gas station, and liquor store all located on M-60/Detroit Road No Smoking, No parties, and No pets allowed. Please keep the property and house as you found it.
