Access to the home is via stairs . Parking onsite The space Island View is a lovely sunny 2 bedroom guesthouse situated at the front of our property. The views are wonderful from all living areas & the location is handy to everything you will need . Other things to note Island View is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for groups who wish to party or hold events, it is just a lovely scenic place to relax. Only guests staying at the property to be at the property( ie 4 guests max ) unless approval has been obtained from us. We live just up the driveway and are happy to catch up and say hello but respect your privacy, we offer a lock box for key collection onsite. Please note we will not accept groups over the News Years period who wish to party. If you wish to have a linen change during your stay if it is longer than 7 days , please arrange this when booking. It is an additional $7 per person .
