You have full access to the property, inside and out, with the exception of the locked owners’ closets. You will get a unique door code before check-in. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking for one vehicles. No need to meet anyone for keys. Other things to note This property has special local compliance requirements, which includes a signed rental agreement and ID verification. 😊 To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple platform called Happy Guest. It is NOT an app, and you do NOT have to sign up for an account- it’s a free, safe, and secure website. It also serves as our guest portal- containing check-in details, house manual, and maps containing all of our favorite local spots! ➡️ Guests under 23 must be accompanied by a guest on the reservation 23 years of age or older for the duration of the reservation. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over, and children accompanied by their parent/legal guardian only. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub. 🧻 ☕ In the bathroom, we provide a starter of 2 full toilet paper rolls per bathroom, liquid hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent pods. In the kitchen we provide a starter of K cups, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, various spices, cooking oil, 1 full paper towel roll, liquid dish and hand soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods. We do NOT refill these supplies mid-stay, so for longer bookings plan on buying some extra supplies! The gas fireplace is shut off from April 1 to September 30, as is standard with every other cabin in the Smokies. 🚘 A vehicle equipped with 4WD/AWD is recommended in this area when rain or snow is in the forecast. 🐕 Although we love our furry friends, we DO NOT allow pets. Any guests with an unauthorized pet will be asked to leave without a refund. 🛡️ All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy.
