Fishermans haven with year round water and private boat lift! We are located on the Leesburg side of Weiss and perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful Lake. Minutes away from Chestnut Bay (3.1 miles driving), & Yellow Creek. Leesburg Landing is a few minutes away (3.5 miles driving and less than 5 minutes by boat) where you can put in your boat but store on our dock with lift (accommodates fishing boats). This is a mobile home. The space 780 square feet cabin and perfect for fisherman, families, and couples. Smart TVs (living and 1 bedroom) with YouTube TV for news and sports, ROKU, wifi for streaming, updated decor, two outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views of Weiss Lake which include a picnic table on screened in porch, large patio with grill, cornhole, ring toss. Stroll down to the well lit dock for swimming in the cove (great for kids), sunbathing and fishing. Please note this home is a mobile home with a screened in porch added. The home sits above the water and the concrete path leads down and is a bit steep, so it is not appropriate for infants or people who have knee problems. Guest Access: wireless keypad and code is unique to each guest and will be provided within 24 hours of check in. Guest access The home sits below the main road and guests would drive down the driveway and park. If bringing a boat trailer, then please back down your trailer. The driveway is narrow and you will have to turn to back in. Driveway closest to house is 19 feet wide (see photos) and 76’ long so parking shouldn’t be an issue. Other things to note We do have central heating but do not have central air. We have a window unit in the living room and one in each bedroom. The home is a total of 780 feet so the window units work well. Both units in the bedrooms are less than 5 years old.
