With it's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious main living space and large windows, this property is a great getaway vacation spot for all. When you are not enjoying the amenities of the home or lake, it is a short trip (15 mins) to Oaklawn Casino & Racetrack and downtown Hot Springs. The space On the quiet backside of the lake but only 10 minutes from town. Five minutes from Harps grocery store for all your needs during your stay. Fishing live-bait is available at Atchley's Outpost just a block from Harps. Winter Note: The lake level drops by 5 feet on November 1st and rises again in March. The cove is mainly just visible ground with a creek in the middle during the winter months. Guest access Guests will receive a custom code 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to the entire home, back deck and shared community boardwalk located on the lake (see listing photo captions for more details) throughout their stay.
