Only shared space is the side walkway, BBQ unit and car port with the back unit. This location is walking distance to the main Corona Del Mar Beach (via Goldenrod ave), 2 minute walk from restaurants, bars, super market and shops. 10 minute walk from Fashion Island mall and theater. 3 blocks from the local Starbucks plus a variety of boutique coffee shops. Generally, people choose to stay here because they want to be close to the city center for amusement parks, business meetings but yet, close enough to the beach without having to drive. Guests have access to the entire front unit, carport and common walk ways. There is one protected car port parking spot in the back (side by side) to be shared with the back unit. For guest parking, there are plenty of street parking with exception of 4 hours a week for street cleaning. Front unit is leased as short term vacation rental and back unit is also a rental. We ask that you treat everyone with respect and neighborly. Noise does carry from the front patio, and anyone having large gatherings or parties will be asked to leave. In the “village” part of Corona Del Mar, cute little town with great shops, restaurants and close to the beach. Walk across the street to Starbucks, the grocery store, or even the retro movie theater. Using the walking path on goldenrod street the place is .6 miles to the beach. You won’t need your car much here. Park for free on the street and enjoy walking around town. There are also plenty of bike paths for bikes/ ebikes in the surrounding neighborhood. NOTE THAT THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CHARGES A 10% OCCUPANCY TAX THAT IS CHARGED BY AIRBNB WHEN BOOKED. THERE ARE OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE PROPERTY, WHICH ARE NOT REGULARLY MONITORED, AND FOOTAGE ONLY ACCESSED IN THE CASE OF SOME SORT OF INCIDENT. There is no smoking of cigarettes/ recreational drugs/ marijuana inside or within 500 feet of the premise as common areas are shared.
