Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. The City of Newport Beach has strict noise regulations and parties and large gatherings are not allowed at this property. The only shared areas are the side walkway, BBQ, and carport with the rear unit. Located in the heart of Corona Del Mar, you're just a short walk to the main beach via Goldenrod Ave, and only 2 minutes from top restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and boutique shops. Fashion Island mall and theater are a 10-minute stroll away, and you're just 3 blocks from Starbucks and several charming coffee spots. Guests love staying here for its unbeatable location—close to the beach, yet central enough for easy access to amusement parks, business hubs, and city attractions without needing to drive. Guest access Guest Access & Parking Info Guests have full access to the entire front unit, the securely fenced front patio, and shared common areas including the side walkway, BBQ, and carport. One protected carport parking space is available in the back, shared side-by-side with the rear unit. Carport Entry Tip: The carport is narrow, so we recommend making a 4-point turn to enter smoothly: Pull forward past the carport entrance. Begin reversing at a slight angle toward the space. Adjust your angle with small forward and backward movements. Straighten out and back into the space slowly. This method helps avoid scraping or tight turns—especially for larger vehicles. Additional Parking: Street parking is generally plentiful, except for a 4-hour window each week during street cleaning (check posted signs for exact times). Other things to note NOTE THAT THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CHARGES A 10% OCCUPANCY TAX THAT IS CHARGED BY AIRBNB WHEN BOOKED. THERE ARE OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE PROPERTY, WHICH ARE NOT REGULARLY MONITORED, AND FOOTAGE ONLY ACCESSED IN THE CASE OF SOME SORT OF INCIDENT.
