The house is in a quiet area nearby there are various shops, supermarket, bank, bar, laundry, bank and post office. A short distance away is the pine forest for those who love to walk or run. The beach is about 3 km away and can be reached by crossing the pine forest or by car with normal roads. I offer the room, recently renovated, with private bathroom, air conditioning and independent entrance all on the ground floor. A short distance away is the pine forest for those who love walking or running. The beach is about 3 km away and can be reached by crossing the pine forest or by car with normal roads. I offer the room, recently renovated, with private bathroom, air conditioning and independent entrance all on the ground floor. By municipal regulation, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day upon arrival. Smoking is prohibited inside the room. There is the possibility for breakfast with coffee machines, kettle and sweets. Room is located in a strategic and quiet area. Close by you can easily find a supermarket, a drug store, cafes, a laundry, a bank with ATM, beauty and sports center and free parking for your car. You can reach the shore crossing a pinewood by bike or by walking (2 km), otherwise you can drive your car to the beach. Room with private bathroom and private entrance, and we can make a small breakfast. Please note that upon your arrival we kindly ask you to pay €1.50 per person per night for the city tax.
