Welcome to our BMT / Sea World Family Getaway! Our goal is to provide a relaxing home so that you can have a memorable time in the Alamo City. Before booking we kindly ask to keep our house rules in mind: Max occupancy is 7, no parties/gatherings, no pets, and no smoking indoors. Located down the street from Sea World SA and a quick drive to Lackland AFB. We welcome BMT Graduation Families and look forward to being your home away from home. The space The home is located in a quiet, well established neighborhood. Relax in our 3 comfortable bedrooms. Backyard grilling and yard games are available. -Ceiling fans and window shades throughout - 2 full bathrooms - Smart TV's are mounted in every room! Log into your streaming accounts with ease. - High Speed Internet - Fully stocked kitchen (utensils, and small appliances for baking) - BBQ Pit & Smoker - Covered Patio with seating - Outdoor table with seating for 4 - Chimenea style fire pit for the Fall and Winter Months - Toys and books to keep kids entertained Distance to: SeaWorld San Antonio - 5 minutes or less!! Lackland AFB - 15 minutes Six Flags Fiesta Texas & La Cantera - 20 minutes Riverwalk and The Alamo - 20 minutes National Shooting Complex - 14 minutes If you are visiting Sea World, we are around the corner from the park! Don't feel like eating out? No problem, our kitchen is stocked with cooking, baking, and grilling essentials for a nice dinner in. Guest access Guests have access to entire home with the exception of the garage. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway. Other things to note We kindly ask that you respect our maximum occupancy of 7 people. Parties and gatherings are prohibited per Airbnb and house rules.
