Guest access ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes. ✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested. BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? SOME LOVE FROM OUR GUESTS "My family of 12 plus 1 goldendoodle had a great time at Lisa and Morgan's place in Malibu for my mom's 70th birthday. The house is spacious enough that the four little kids could spread out and make forts. There are so many balconies and outdoor spaces to sit and eat, read, and chit chat, and a small hot tub we used at least twice a day. The house was very clean and not cluttered. The A/C worked great, and so did everything in the kitchen including the outdoor grill. If you're driving up from PCH, it's really only 2.5 miles (about 10-15 minutes on windy cliffside roads) to a swim in the ocean, and about 20 minutes drive to some markets and restaurants, though we mostly cooked at home. Some of my favorite beaches in LA are right there--El Matador, Pt. Dume, North Beach, Leo Carillo. We also used it as a jumping off point to see the Channel Islands one day--it was about 40 minutes drive to the Ventura dock. Highly recommend this peaceful place and its helpful and communicative hosts!"
