Guest access Guests have full authority to use all amenities during their stay, with the exception of the storage wardrobe. The third bed and extra air conditioning can be utilized if there is a booking for three guests; otherwise, please refrain from using the single bed. Other things to note 1. **Vibrant Neighborhood:** Hauz Khas Village is known for its bustling restaurant and bar scene, creating a lively atmosphere, especially in the restaurant lane at the entrance. Please note it can be a bit crowded. 2. **Transportation:** Uber or taxi pickup and drop-off point is at Hauz Khas Village entrance, a brief 2-minute walk from the location. 3. **Approach to the Apartment:** Please be aware that the entry to the apartment is through a narrow lane with small shops. The apartment entry is from this alley, and larger vehicles may not be able to access it directly. 4. **Kitchen Supplies:** While the kitchen is fully equipped, guests are required to provide their own cooking materials. 5. **Accessibility:** The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. 6. **Parking:** There is no parking available on the premises, but Hauz Khas Village paid Parking is nearby for convenience. (Rs.20/hour & Rs.100 full day) 7. **Power Supply:** Occasional power cuts may occur, rarely for about an hour in a month. 8. **Balcony Maintenance:** The open balcony is regularly cleaned; however, some dust may be present due to wind. We perform cleaning every second day. 9. **Long-term Stays:** For guests staying long-term, linens are changed every third day, and cleaning is scheduled every second day or as per your requirements. 10. **Noise Levels:** Please note that being on the 1st floor may result in some noise from the roadside windows and balcony. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for your comfort. 11. **Natural Lighting:** Please note, that there is no direct sunlight in the apartment and balcony due to its positioning on the first floor and the presence of another building opposite. 12. The extra single bed and second A/C are reserved for the third guest only. If you haven't booked for a third guest, please refrain from using these amenities.
