Welcome to our large 400 m² 4-star Vosges farm 8 minutes from Gérardmer! Enjoy 8 bedrooms all equipped with a water point and 4 bathrooms. Hiking at the foot of the cottage Ski areas 15/20 minutes The space Entirely PRIVATE, Our former Vosges farmhouse of over 400 m² allows everyone to have a private living space with its 8 bedrooms. MAXIMUM CAPACITY 15 PEOPLE (including children and babies) ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS. Available in the heart of the cottage is a wellness room with unlimited access (included in the price) with a HOT TUB and an infrared SAUNA with steam oven, enough to relax after your hikes or ski outings. Upstairs you will have 8 large single bedrooms (including 1 master bedroom with 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) all equipped with a water point (sink) and a wardrobe/closet. 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets are also upstairs. We have 1 bedroom on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility that communicates with 1 adapted bathroom and on the same landing adapted toilets. On request we can install 1 access ramp to access the living room. Bath SHEETS and bath TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Beds are made upon arrival. A large living room to accommodate everyone, over 90 m², with several sofas, TV and DVD player, and a large table for family meals. The little extra? A fireplace with a basket of wood provided... A games room with FOOTBALL TABLE and WII CONSOLE (games available) A large kitchen equipped for 15 people with pots and dishes accordingly, oven, large stove, dishwasher, large capacity fridge, microwave, coffee makers, etc. An outdoor area of 700 m² with a terrace enclosed by a large fir hedge and 2 gates for access, 2 XXL tables with umbrellas, deckchairs and large capacity gas barbecue. The gas barbecue is not available in winter. Amenities like at home: Several raclette grills X4, pancake makers X3, planchas X2, fondue makers X3, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, freezer,.... Baby equipment on request (baby cots, 1 highchair, 1 chair booster, bathtub, 1 deckchair, 1 baby monitor) Outside of school holidays, check-in and check-out times are flexible, especially during the weekend, with the possibility of check-in on Friday from 2:30 p.m. and checkout on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the latest (depending on bookings). We do not accept parties with overflows or any other abuse in our accommodation, in order to respect the house and the tranquility of the premises... It is not intended to be used as a party room and to receive additional people to the reservation! Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible to you. (we open the rooms according to the number of people, unless specifically requested) Access to our cottage in winter is easy, the road is clear Several private parking spaces (X5 vehicles) Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and surroundings in the heart of nature Multiple hiking departures at the foot of the vacation rental Restaurants and shops 8 minutes away. Other things to note During the winter season, provide snow equipment for your vehicles. The cottage is located in a mountain area in a pass, so equipment is MANDATORY from 11/1 to 3/31. The cottage must be returned in the condition and tidy, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied, the barbecue clean as well as all the electrical appliances used! etc.... Abuse of water and electricity will be withheld from the security deposit, as well as accommodation left very dirty!!! We open the number of rooms depending on the number of people present in order to avoid any abuse (unless there is a personal request).
