Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from Davis for eats, grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all things natural and fun! The space We are only 3.5 miles away from the beautiful Turner Falls, (Airbnb has listed incorrect driving time on us here) 1 mile to the Arbuckle wilderness, 2 miles to the famous smoking Jo's and 6.5 miles to downtown Davis. The cabin is one of the 4 cabins on this prestine 70 acre gated pasture land, bordered by the Arbuckle Mountain and the Washita river. Biking/hiking throught the open field or on the shaded primitive trail are often refreshing. When the heartland trains passing by from afar, it adds a nostalgic feel in this beautiful great outdoor. And if you come at the right time, you 'll experience the enchaing mist or see the geaceful deer family galopping under the cascading moon light:) ✨🦌 Guest access The whole cabin. Other things to note The upstair is perfect for a romatic get away for two guests! You''ll have everything you need on this main floor where the open floor plan houses a living room, a king bed (not enclosed private bedroom), a beautiful full bathroom and kitchen/dinning. But when hosting for a group of 3-4 guests, you can add the downstair where a private queen bedroom is located, plus a large shower full bathroom and second TV/sitting area. Please keep in mind the floors are connected by a sturdy ladder/ stair. When the weather is nice, most guests like to take the "scenic route", namely the exterior stairs where you can easily access both floors. Privacy: When it comes to privacy, we have not have any complaint about privacy but often guests commented how seclucted they feel at our 70 acre "River Bend Lodge" gated property that houses four cabins total. Howerer you may hear from other cabin guests if they talked very loudly. But you can barely see each other. Wifi : We got wifi now!😄 Though it’s only 100 Mbps since we are in the rural area, hopefully get better as we go!
