Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from Davis for eats, grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all things natural and fun! The space We are only 3.5 miles away from the beautiful Turner Falls, (Airbnb has listed incorrect driving time on us here) 1 mile to the Arbuckle wilderness, 2 miles to the famous smoking Jo's and 6.5 miles to downtown Davis. The cabin is one of the 4 cabins of "River Bend Lodge Vacation Rentals" on this prestine 70 acre gated pasture land, bordered by the Arbuckle Mountain and the Washita river. Biking/hiking throught the open field or on the shaded primitive trail are often refreshing. Or you can venture yourself down the river for the real prestine hike along the river bank and a quiet spot for fishing. When the heartland trains passing by from afar, it adds a nostalgic feel in this beautiful great outdoor. And if you come at the right time, you 'll experience the enchaing mist or see the geaceful deer family galopping under the cascading moon light:) ✨🦌 Guest access Guests have access to the whole 70 acre land with private river access that offers scenic hiking from many view points. Bring your own kayak and fishing gear for the advanture down the river! Other things to note Privacy: When it comes to privacy, we have not have any complaint about privacy but often guests commented how seclucted they feel at our 70 acre "River Bend Lodge" gated property that houses four cabins total. Howerer you may hear from other cabin guests if they talked very loudly. But you can barely see each other. Wifi : We got wifi now!😄 Though it’s only 100 Mbps since we are in the rural area, hopefully get better as we go! All of our ccabins are equipped with tankless water heater and centralAc system, so you have eplenty of hot water during winter, and cool air duirnf summer. Howeveer during extreme hot days like 100 above, the ac will only slowely catching up with the theomestead which is normal.
