Sea Cottages -7: The Hillside Sea Cottage

This newly built Seaview Cottage is the perfect getaway with view over the Stockholm Archipelago. Architect drawn, modern house with fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms and spacious living room/kitchen area. Bathroom with washing machine/dryer. 2 terraces to choose your outdoor visit from (roof terrace no longer available)! Walkings distance to the Baltic Sea and the forest behind offers a great get-away experience! The space The 60m2 house features a big living room with open kitchen downstairs, a master bedroom and second single bedroom upstairs. From the ground floor you access the bathroom and main terrace, from upstairs an upper terrace (the roof terrace is unfortunately not longer available). The house sleeps 4 people as standard but the living room sofa transforms into a queen size bed if needed for extra 2 persons. You have now the possibility to charge your electric or hybrid car. The charging point is fitted with a 400V, 16A connection. See photo. Please state in the booking that you would like to charge your car. For this service we take a one-time-charge of SEK 250/ €25.- due upon arrival. Guest access Free parking next to the house. Car is recommended to easily get around and access and explore the beautiful surroundings.
