The house is divided into two areas: The main house features a spacious covered terrace, a living room with large windows and high ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has three bedrooms with views of the garden and the pool. The rooftop serves as a viewing deck, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Opposite the main house, the guest house is located across the garden and includes a steam spa and a room that accommodates four people with views of the surrounding landscape. Finally, next to the kitchen, there is a service bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom, with direct access to the laundry area. You can accommodate your personal staff here during your stay. Other things to note In the vicinity of the condominium, you will find renowned restaurants in Lima offering typical Peruvian cuisine to suit various tastes, with special attractions for children, such as La Gloria del Campo, Chaxras Eco Restaurante, Eco Resto Park, Dinoworld, Las Leñas, among others. Our cleaning fee, set at $300, covers the comprehensive cleaning of the house during your stay, including sheets, towels, and comforters. It also includes both the cleaning and maintenance of the pool (chlorine, vacuuming, pH balancer, floor and wall cleaning, etc.) and some costs associated with garden care (tree/plant pruning, lawn cutting, fertilizing, etc.). Basic household items that are renewed for each stay are also included in this fee, such as toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags, dish detergents, among others (excluding charcoal for the grill and ice). We now offer a new 'high-speed' internet service of 20 Mbps with repeaters, ensuring that the internet reaches the bedrooms as well, and so far, it has been very reliable.
