Front-load washer/dryer. Explore the area on a pair of stylish, comfortable “Cruiser” bicycles. The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighboring homes angle away from each other. Trees and bushes screen the view of the back yard. This provides a very private pool and patio area. You don't get the feeling that the neighbors are watching you. Since these pictures were taken, for safety issues we have added a fence between the house and pool. The pool is solar heated. If you want to swim in an 85 degree pool between October through March, you need to find a home with a gas or electric pool heater. The solar pool heater consists of a series of manifolds on the roof made of black tubing that the water is pumped through. The black tubes absorb heat from the sun. This heat is transferred to the water, warming it up. The pool temperature is dependent on the amount of sun there is and how clear the sky is. It will heat to within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. If it is an 85 degree day, the pool temperature will be around 75 degrees. Located close to Cave Creek, an interesting western themed town with unique shops, great restaurants and outdoor bars. Convent to numerous golf courses. Shopping: The closest grocery is AJ’s Fine Foods, a “high end” store with lots of deli and specialty items along with a Starbucks 1 mile north on Scottsdale Rd. Safeway store and gas is 2 miles north along with Target, Office Max, restaurants and shops.
