Upstairs: Primary bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room pull out couch has a full size memory pull out bed. 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & balcony. Downstairs: both bedrooms have king size beds and in the living room a pull out trundle sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room & fully fenced yard. Guest access 3-4 car parking driveway located at the back of the property and lots of free street parking on side streets surrounding the house. Penticton does not have Uber yet; but a few 24'7 taxi companies. There is bus stops directly across from the house & more within walking distance. Most things from you (Penticton Channel, downtown shopping, wineries, restaurants, yoga studios, KVR trail, breweries, etc.) are within a 10 minute walk. Quiet safe family neighborhood, you are in-between two other duplexes & this is why we ask if you plan to have a louder gathering/party to let us know so we can give the neighbors a heads up.
