Treasure Pointe Pet Friendly

Bring the whole family or a couple of families to Treasure Pointe. It's the perfect vacation home to gather and relax with family and friends. Just walking distance to the beach and Pointe West beach club and pools. Note: The Pointe West resort requires wrist bands to use the pools. Wrist bands are $25 per person and are good for the length of your stay. Pets are not permitted. The space If you need a break from the crowd, retreat to your private balcony. There's one for each bedroom. Or, prefer an alfresco dinner with friends overlooking the lake? The large veranda off the living room the length of the home has a seating area for 6 and a food table for 6. There are extended beach views of the Gulf of Mexico that's just 500 yards away. Be sure to stop what you are doing and watch the fantastic sunsets over the bay from the front balconies! Some of the great amenities of the home include- Seamless very high-speed WiFi Internet throughout the residence (210 Mbps); Stylish wall-mounted HD TVs in every bedroom and Great Room; Hot and cold outdoor shower on the back patio; A full-size laundry room with a large washer /dryer; An extra full-size refrigerator to store those additional cold beverages and food items. When cooking for your crew, there's a fully stocked kitchen and a 5 burner outdoor propane gas grill downstairs. Large pots are supplied as well as a griddle and crockpot. Kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, and dish soap are supplied. The ground level is completely enclosed by a wrap-around screened-in porch for cooking, relaxing, or playing games. The bedrooms: All linens are provided. The home will sleep 14 guests in beds. Master bedroom - King bed Upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed (bathroom attached to each) 2 bedrooms each with a Twin over Full bunk and a twin trundle. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or so from the house. There are walking/biking/golf cart paths by the house that you can follow through a tunnel under the main road to the beach or resort clubhouse. A lot of our guests rent golf carts for about $350 for the weekend and use those to get around. They are delivered and picked up at the house. There is also a wagon and cooler at the house that can be used to take things to the beach. For the Resort Amenities: Note: Wrist bands are $25 per person and good for the length of your stay. You can pick up your wristbands at the Beach Club which will allow you access to all of the Pointe West pools, restaurants, bars, and recreation centers. The wrist bands are $25 per person (over age 3) for the length of your stay and are paid to the Beach Club. You must pre-pay for your wristbands online. The resort no longer takes payment at the Beach Club office. After booking, you will receive an email with instructions for payment. The Beach Club is the large yellow building on the beachside at the end of the palm tree-lined driveway. Pull in and feel free to park under the building or in the parking spaces out front. If you show up prior to or past 5 pm to pick up your wristbands, they will be located in the After Hours Lock Box, by the front office doors. The code is: 264 The bag will contain your name, parking pass, wristbands, a code to enter the pools, a welcome packet, a map of the area, and a list of local restaurants. The pools, restaurant, bar, beach club, and recreation room is for the exclusive use of Pointe West guests. Enjoy all the amenities that the Pointe West Beach Resort has to offer within walking distance, a Lazy River pool, 2 hot tubs, a large infinity pool, recreation room, restaurant, bar, wade fishing, crabbing, Smores firepits, bike riding, movies on the beach, and various activities throughout the year. Pointe West Beach Club The resort is about a 15-minute walk from the house via the walking paths by the house. Beach Club Registration Desk Daily: 9:00AM – 5:00PM Pools & Amenities Daily: 9:00AM – 10:00PM If you would like to rent beach chairs and canopies you can do so by looking at the following site: www. pointewest.rentals We supply a beach wagon and some chairs that you can take to the beach. There is a basketball at the home. If you would like to rent pickleball equipment you can do so at the resort. Guests, please be aware that this is a pet-free home. NOTE: Some holidays will require a 3-night minimum. Your refundable deposit - This is a hold placed on your credit card and it is released 14 days after you depart unless we have to claim damages. You will not really notice it in your statement. Just a couple of house rules: Pets are not allowed. Out of consideration of our neighbors, we cannot accommodate large parties such as prom or graduation parties. Please do not park on the grass of our lot or any other lot in the neighborhood. We have parking for 5 cars in the driveway and garage. You must be 25 years of age to rent our home. Refunds will only be issued for storms that are Category 1 hurricanes or higher in the Gulf and headed toward Galveston. No parking or driving on any of the grassy areas of the resort, please. If you take chairs, coolers or anything else to the beach, please do not leave the items there overnight or for long without someone present. They will be picked up and discarded. You will not be able to get them back. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one garage space and storage closets.
