House in traditional villa - Casa do Aqueduto

Our site “Páteo das Buganvílias – Vila Marques” in Campolide, is a traditional restored vila, with 5 duplex houses (all alike), spacious, fully furnished and with all commodities so they can be our guests perfect home in Lisbon! The outside area, the shared yard, has a small garden and a lot of space where our guests can enjoy the good weather and sun of Lisbon. This is an unique setting in a traditional neighborhood, where you can experience life in Lisbon at its best! The space The house, a duplex, has at entry level a living room, open kitchen and dinning area. There is also a full bathroom (with shower). On the upper level it is the suite, a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom (with shower), a closet area to store the clothes and a pleasant little balcony. The entrance of the house is in the pateo, where you also have a dedicated table to enjoy a meal or coffe outise in the sun. Guest access In the neighborhood you can find all shops within walking distance, so for the daily life is possible to do everything on foot right in the neighborhood. Ot is possible to park in the street (and nearby streets), it is paid parking. We also have garage spaces nearby, that we can rent when needed. Other things to note Additional information: * In the bedroom, the beds may be joinned and prepared with as a double bed (180X200cm), if requested a few days before check-in. * The sofa-bed is only prepared for stays with more than 2 guests. * Bed linen and towels are included, according to the number of guests. They are provided on a weekly basis, for stays over a week (8+ night). * Cleaning during the stay is not included, but can be requested as an additional service. * Garage space nearby can be requested as an additional service.
