Cosy, stylish and fun, this 3 bedrooms apartment is only 15 min by metro from Paris-Nord or -Est stations and 35 min from Notre Dame de Paris and the heart of Paris. Within walking distance, find breweries, gourmet restaurants and concert barges. But the fun don’t stop there because the apartment is stocked with game boards, costumes, legos, ukulele, streaming wifi, yoga mat and cooking tools to spice it up The space BATHROOM To relax after a walk day in Paris, just have a drink and take a bath. For even better treatment, you’ll find a spa just 15 minutes from home. The bathroom include towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and shaver. The toilets are new and freshly cleaned like the rest of the flat. Our professional cleaner respect the sanatary rules and ventilate the rooms between stays to keep our flat covid free. We won’t speak about covid again but we wanted you to feel relax. We have also washing machine and dryer in the kitchen nearby to fresh up your clothes. MASTER BEDROOM The master has also a soothing effect with its refined decoration, display of books on Paris and fluffy pillows on a queen size bed. COSY BEDROOM The cosy bedroom is bright with a new truckled bed for two. Its desk is perfect for journaling with great craft supplies, coloring sheets and books about Paris… FUN ROOM The kid bedroom has a bunk bed (1 m 80/6 foot long) + an extra mattress or a baby kit (travel cot, highchair, changing mat) on request. In every drawer, you’ll find dolls, costumes, pretend plays, Playmobil, Lego, game boards… Enough for kids to disappear when needed! KITCHEN It has it all! Sorry to sound pretentious but we live here so : oven, microwave, grills, dishwasher, steam cooker, raclette set, mixer, juice maker, chef knives, even a yogourt maker we used once! Of course we have any herbs and condiments a french kitchen should have! So if you feel adventurous, open our cookbooks ! You’ll also find a first aid kit with coffee, tea, cereals, pasta and beverages… but your favorite food and pains au chocolat are just around the corner in restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. LIVING ROOM The living area has a library room with comfy sofas and books in French and English, a workstation with high speed wifi and a dining area with a table sitting 10. Perfect to entertain, play games, watch a movie or work! It’s also our yoga and dance floor by day, within reason. BALCONY Small but comfy balcony to enjoy a glass of wine after a conference or read a guide before a visit… PARKING A free parking spot is available to you in the garden of our residence to park your car or a small size camper.
