Cards are NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be returned to the building upon check out. The building administration will charge up to Php 3000 for any lost or damaged card. Guests will also be required to sign the building’s House Manual prior to check in. The manual lists all rules with corresponding penalties. Other things to note Check-in Time: 6PM - 11PM Check-out Time is at 2PM - 4PM Early Check-In / Late Check-Out can be arranged only when there is no prior booking for that day.
