The space With a few trips behind me and a bit of experience, I renovated 2 apartments to offer maximum comfort, taking care of the cleanliness, comfort and refinement of the rooms. The apartment is one of the closest to St. Peter's Basilica, modern but in a world of antiquity. It is located in an area with no traffic, accessible by car, in a perfect position to be able to reach the main tourist destinations on foot. The 45 square meter apartment is equipped with smart TV, heating, Wi-Fi, AC and audio system with bluetooth. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine, as well as a machine for nespresso ready coffee; we will make sure to provide tea, coffee and sugar at your check in to allow for a traditional Italian start of the day. This is the composition of the apartment: -living room with kitchenette where there is a double foldaway bed with orthopedic mattress of 20 cm, - bedroom with matrimonial bed plus single bed which, if necessary, turns into a bunk bed, with the possibility of accommodating 4 people in the room. The bathroom has a comfortable shower 150x80 and all essential toiletries: hairdryers, soaps etc. The house is located inside a historic building in the basement, but bright and easy to reach. Some stairs have to be done to reach the floor. The house is suitable for couples, families with children and people traveling for work. Animals, even small ones, are not allowed.
