The Olive Shell - This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located just steps from the beautiful St Simons Island beach. The pier and lighthouse are just just a little over a mile away. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shopping close by that you may walk or ride a bike to. The kitchen is fully stocked with major appliances. The condo also has a grill for cooking out and an outdoor deck for dining or relaxing. The space This is a 2 story condo with the bedrooms and bathrooms located on the 1st floor and the family room, kitchen, dining on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a standalone shower and a separate washer/dryer combo. The kids bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a trundle. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a private patio area. Spend fun times streaming a favorite movie on the Smart TV in the living room, located on the second floor. Or pull out any of the board games available and gather at the six-person dining table for an entertaining evening playing games together. The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a convenient Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The spacious deck off of the living room boasts a nice outdoor dining area for meals al fresco and off of the kitchen is a small balcony with two patio chairs. We accept pets that are under 35 lbs with prior approval and a pet fee. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. We have keyless entry for your convenience. Other things to note The Olive shell condo is approximately 150 yds to beach access on a quiet street. Pet fees are 75 per pet. Cleaning fees are $150 per stay.
