Fully equipped with a total of 3 bedrooms, 9 beds and a sleeping capacity of 12, this is the perfect all-rounder. Caught Up At Bemm is an easy walk to the Bemm River attractions. Whether it’s fishing, bird-watching, walking, exploring the local bush tracks and mesmerising beaches or simply relaxing, Bemm River is the place to be. Come stay at Caught Up At Bemm, you won’t be disappointed. The space Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (double bed, single bunks and tri-bunk). Full kitchen with microwave, air fryer, Nespresso pod coffee machine and all of the required equipment for a hungry crowd. Main bathroom, lounge (Satelite TV, DVD player) and dining rooms with split system air-conditioning for year round comfort and views of Sydenham Inlet. The downstairs bedroom sleeps five with a tri-bunk, single bunk and split system air-conditioning (no internal access to upstairs). All bedding is provided for you to make your bed upon arrival and all household towels are provided for your stay, BYO beach towels. The second bathroom and laundry are also located downstairs which are always available for use. This property has plenty of room for boat parking and a fantastic under covered area with a BBQ, Webber (BYO coals) and a table to seat 14. An outside fire-pit is provided with grills for cooking and the convenience of a fridge/freezer under the carport for bait and beer. With these facilities and a large spacious yard there are endless possibilities for entertainment. Base rate per night is for four guest and each additional person is charged at $40 per head. Guest access Caught Up At Bemm is an easy walk to the Bemm River Hotel, Bait & Tackle store, boat ramp, fishing platforms and playground. Boat hire is also available in Bemm River. Limited essential supplies are available in town so please come prepared. Come and visit all that Bemm River has to offer.
